Operation ROCK – where good MUSIC meets good WILL
The Brighton Bar in Long Branch, NJ is pleased to bring you a very special charity event called Operation ROCK on Friday Dec 26th to benefit our own NJ troops who are giving up their holiday to keep us safe at home. The event shall feature live performances by many NJ homegrown musicians who are donating their talent for the evening and their CDs to send in care packages to the 2800 NJ service men and women deployed overseas. Please come celebrate this event, help us raise money for the cause and give your appreciation for our soldier’s many sacrifices.
Live performances will include the acts friends of bill wilson, Danny Nova, Cutlass, Bob Polding, The Joe Harvard Band, The Caterpillar Book, Anon and special guests. Donations most requested by soldiers are music CDs, videos, books and calling cards. There are nearly 2800 soldiers from NJ at war now so if you are a local musician or band and would like to donate your music to the event please call the number below. We are in great need of band/musician music donations!!! If you would like to help, arrangements can be made to pick up your donations now, or you may bring them to the event or drop them off at The Brighton Bar anytime prior to the show. For more information, to arrange for a donation pick-up please call 732.500.4227 as soon as possible.
Thank you for your unique contribution in making our music community the best and most unique in the country...and for those who defend it!
