Overstand - The Very Best In Asbury Park Hardcore
Just wanted to touch on a band I've been doing some work for. The name is Overstand and they rep. Asbury Park and hardcore to the fullest. Do not get it wrong when I say "Hardcore." They aren't these awful screaming, chaotic, amateurs, that like to call themselves hardcore.(See August Burns Red. Come on, rockin Hollister, really?)

Asbury Park, My new Home
Hello to whoever reads this. I now have been in Asbury Park for 1 year living and 2 years working. Has of the past few months, I have been trying too let go of my "Fuck Jersey, It ain't New York" attitude. And so far......its working. I've been slowly spending more time here and openly giving Asbury a chance. Why not right? I fucking live here. Plus, I'm getting tired of having to take the train every weekend.
