Greetings From Asbury Park, NJ!
So Here I Am.....
Well I figured I would stop in and see some old friends. Good to see the Asbury Musician site is still here and still a place for Asbury musicians to come and hang at.
At lot has been going on for me. For those that don't know, I left the band Cool Days End. It was an amicable split and I wish them the best.
I have partnered up with 2 friends and am now in the process of opening a 4,600 square foot sports performance training facility. Our company trains athletes from ages 8 to adult in speed, agility, strength and conditioning.
We have training with us now the National Under Armor High School Football Player of The Year, a top contender in the UFC in the lightweight division, the number 1 NCAA recruit in womens lacrosse, the number 2 pick in the 2007 NHL draft and a NFL free agent signing with the New England Patriots. We will also have the space available for "small side" indoor soccer leagues as well as "half court" lacrosse.
I am going to miss playing music and being part of things like Wave Gathering and the annual calamity known as the AMA's but I am very excited with my new business venture.
I will still be at shows and I still come to Asbury often for dinners and business meetings. Keep playing hard and help keep Asbury as the greatest place on the planet to see live original music.
